Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process, from conceptualization to project completion, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and development.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budgetary constraints.

• Develop comprehensive design concepts, space plans, and detailed drawings.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients, effectively communicating design proposals.

• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures to enhance the overall design.

• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.

• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design advancements.

• Foster strong client relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

• Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful project execution.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and inspire a team.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
